To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Hostess/ Host for our Panoramarestaurant (f/m/d) full-time.

 

Your talents

  • Successfully completed hotel or restaurant training
  • Experience in the upscale hotel business or gastronomy
  • Passionate host and respond individually to our guests
  • EDP skills, great organisational talent and enjoy working independently
  • Love of variety, looking after guests and the diversity of a job.
  • Open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further
  • Good German, Italian and English language skills

 

Your duties

  • Heart of our restaurant team and contact person for our international guests in the main restaurant
  • Planning, organising and coordinating of work processes independently
  • Handling of guest requests, communication to other departments
  • Creation of seating plans, preparation of work processes for the service team and respond to guest requests with great sensitivity
  • Actively involved in the guest relation interaction
